My love for acupuncture began after my first treatment at the Berkeley Acupuncture Project in
2014. Experiencing the healing magic of acupuncture ignited a spark in me that continued to
grow until I enrolled in the four-year Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine program
at ACCHS in Oakland in 2019.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and Public Health, I realized I was drawn
to more holistic approaches to healthcare. Discovering Chinese medicine allowed me to connect the dots and articulate how I had always perceived the world and its relationships.  The
connections between our bodies, spirits, emotions, and nature’s seasonal shifts are all integral to
this beautiful medicine.   My goal in every treatment is to help remind your body of its innate, balanced state of harmony.

When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me on adventures with my pup Rue, chasing hot
springs, dancing to live music, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to
meeting you soon at Integrative Wellness Center!
